WHY SHOULD WE ACCEPT WATER FROM OTHER STATES WHEN THEY DID NOT CARE WHEN WE WERE DYING OF THIRST IN SCORCHING HEAT AT DELHI?

Haryana? When they say, the river now over flowing, is d property of their state,

so they can't release water to quench thirst of millions of people of Delhi in the

Hot summer? Y cant they store excesses of their property in their state?

No, they can not and they will never as they do not have the power to stop the

over flowing water, but politics forces them to do anything.

और जिनमे है सभी भारतियों के लिए पानी.
