The above video is a live coverage of a place called Bapu Park, in Kotla Mubarakpur falling under MCD Ward [KOTLA MUBARAKPUR] No.158 and Assembly constituency [KASTURBA NAGAR] No. AC-42. The Municipal Councellor here is Ravinder Chaudhary belonging to Bhartiya Janta Party and the MLA here is Neeraj Basoya belonging to Congress-I.

As you can hear people saying that this road is seen overflowing with sewer water with foul smell making the environment infectious and diseased. The condition remains as shown in the video throughout the year.

Residents and occupants of this area are fed-up of this problem which they say is persisting for the past 16 years. They say complaints have been got registered several times but no one listens to them. They have also approached the area councellor and the MLA several times but they all give a deaf ear. They have also approached the area Zonal Engineer Mr Himanshu Aggarwal, the Executive Engineer (South-II) Mr Saraswat in Delhi Jal Board but all in vain. People say No one listens to their grievances.

After the live coverage of this factual real and hottest burning story of the town, it was shown in the air. at Dilli Aajtak news channel.

The worst part of this is that the affected place is surrounded by Agrasen Park and a very famous temple - Radha Krishna Mandir on one side and a children's Park on the other side. The main gate of the temple is totally submerged in about 2-3 ft dirty, infectious several disease bourne water. One has to walk through this bad & dirty water to go to the temple for prayers.

As a sincere & responsible citizens of Bharat, it was our duty to let this fall into the ears of the persons who are responsible for giving healthy environment for healthy living which we surely did. Now its time for the Senior Officers of Delhi Jal Board (South-II) and Municipal Corporation of Delhi, Central Zone to wake-up and do something to bring out our people from this hell fated life.

Let's see when the lice crawls on their heads and when they think about clearing this road of dirty sewer water. Let's hope for the best.

क्या आप जानते हैं? इस नन्ही सी बच्ची ने पहले तो अपना पिता खोया, फिर चिंता ने इसके दोनों गुर्दे यानि किडनी को खराब कर दिया| और अब इसे जीने के लिए हफ्ते में तीन दिन डायलिसिस पर रहना पड़ता है| डायलिसिस की वज़ह से क्लास में अनुपस्थित रहना पड़ता है| अब ऐसी हालत में भी जामिया के वाइस चांसलर ने अटेंडेंस कम होने की वज़ह से इस बच्ची को परीक्षा में बैठने से रोक दिया| यानि मदद करना तो दूर, उल्टा परेशान कर दिया|

बच्ची परीक्षा देने से महरूम रह गयी|

इस देश की बदकिस्मती है कि यहाँ पर ऐसे ऐसे लोग पड़े हैं जो पढाई के मामले में तो शातिशाली और कठोर कानून का इस्तेमाल करते हैं| दलील में कानून की पूरी किताब पढ़ा देते हैं| पर जब बात देश में कोढ़ की तरह फ़ैल रहे भ्रष्टाचार को मिटाने और भ्रष्ट लोगों पर कार्यवाही की होती है, तब सबके हाथ ढीले और शिथिल भी पड़ जाते हैं और ये सारे नालायक अपनी अपनी लाचारी अपने अपने अंदाज़ में व्यक्त भी कर देते हैं| बड़े बड़े नेता भी उस वक्त कानून को भूल जाते हैं| कानून को ताक पर चढ़ा दिया जाता है | वास्तव में इन नेता, शिक्षक और वाइस चांसलर जैसे लोगों को चुल्लू भर पानी में डूब मरना चाहिए| जयराम ऐसे तो शर्म आने वाली है नहीं इन लोगों को| तुम चाहो तो हम अस्तित्व के लोग तुम्हारे साथ चलकर इनको शर्मिंदा कर दें| तुम्हारे प्रतिक्रिया के इंतज़ार में .......

GRAB THE LAND, BY HOOK OR BY CROOK, NO MATTER IF IT BELONGS TO SCHOOL OR AT THE COST OF CHILD RIGHTS

Boundary wall of the MCD Primary School that was demolished and reconstructed by eating away the play ground of the school merely to satisfy the selfish interest of some interested persons of the area. In their eyes future of the child, their education and play is of ZERO value & importance. But we're only shocked as to how come MCD Officials

worked hand in gloves with such people???

Walls of the school boundary demolished, play ground meant for small children snatched - is a violation of the strict orders of the Hon'ble Delhi High Court.

The Commissioner MCD issued order No.D/60/ADC(EDU)/2002 on 24.09.2002 that was circulated to all concerned in the Department for strict compliance of the same.

This order very clearly speaks as under:

"एक अति महत्वपूर्ण जन हित याचिका के फलस्वरूप माननीय उच्च न्यायालय दिल्ली के शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों के अतिरिक्त किसी भी अन्य कार्य हेतु तथा कसी भी वाह्य संसथान को दिल्ली नगर निगम शिक्षा विभाग के प्राथमिक विद्यालयों के प्रांगण या कमरे आदि को कोई स्थान नहीं दिया जाए, यह निर्देश जारी किये थे| इसी आशय पैर शिक्षा समिति के समक्ष राखी जानकारी के आधार पैर प्रस्ताव संख्या 72 दिनांक 17.02.2002 धारित हुआ, ताकि शिक्षा विभाग माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के निर्देशानुसार कार्यवाही करें |

समस्त क्षेत्रीय उप शिक्षा अधिकारीयों / सहायक शिक्षा अधिकारियों को पुन: उपरोक्त जानकारी वांछित कार्यवाही हेतु ... की जाती है |"

An appeal to my countrymen,

MY DEAR FRIENDS & WELL WISHERS OF BHARAT,

One fine day I saw some persons breaking and demolishing the boundary walls of the Municipal Corporation Primary School, situated at South Extension Part - 1, behind Mother Dairy booth near C Block Housing Society, New Delhi - 110 049. The enquiry revealed that the small gali named Jag Ram Mandir lane and lane for entry to Ravi Das Basti both in Kotla Mubarakpur and adjacent to the school was being widened by cutting a huge portion of the play ground on the land belonging to the school and also huge piece of land from the playground on the Children's park. This sent a shock wave in my spine. I started thinking as to how can some body become so mean and afford to snatch land from the play grounds both of which are purely for children use and play. I spoke to many people in the area but no one even dared to speak on the issue. I wondered why? No one wanted to protest!! I was shocked ... then we, the members of "astitva" decided to fight for the restoration of rights of small children and demanded immediate release and return of the land to the school to get justice for the children. Was I wrong in doing so?

My dear friends, we shall appreciate if you send in your valuable comments and boost our moral.

We have immediately forwarded complaints to the Commission for protection of Child Rights in the Central Govt. and the State Govt. (Delhi) demanding immediate release of the land in question and restoration of the Child rights by delivering justice to thousands of small children.

We have also filed immediate applications before the appropriate authorities asking them to provide information in the form of documents on the grounds on which such immoral act was committed by the Senior Officers of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi.
